Refunds

Refunds:

 

Deposit:

The deposit will be refunded if the application process is withdrawn by either party. Unless the application has taken over 4 weeks due to waiting on information my the prospective tenant, then later terminates the application. 

The deposit will be refund at the end of the Tenancy minus any deduction for damages, arrears or unpaid charges or utility debt. The refund will be made Via BACS or Cheque with 14 working days of the end of the Tenancy.

 

Rent:

  A rental payment is non refundable during the tenancy, if in the case you fail to cancel your Direct Debt after you vacate the property and rent is paid up to date. Sensis will refund the payment via a Cheque, within 7 days of the error being noticed.
